This buyer was clearly unprepared to tackle an auction on her own.I was approached a week before and auction and engage purely for the 'Auction Bidding'service. The buyer was clearly misinformed by the agents feedback. We took it upon ourselves and at our own cost, to research and have got one bid in. This was clearly a case of major under quoting.
