Prestige Property Buyers fees are very competitive in the market place.

Unlike some buyers’ agents, we believe that the fee you pay shouldn’t increase just because the property price is higher. Our aim is to secure your property for the lowest possible price. Our Fixed Fee ensures that we will do the best to get you the lowest price.

Our fees vary according to the search area, complexity of the brief, type of property sought and various other factors. Because no two clients are alike, tell us what services you’d like and we’ll tailor our fees accordingly.

Our highly competitive fee structure has not come at the cost of quality of servicie to you. Unlike many Buyers Agents charging between 2.2% and 2.5% of the purchase price, we aim to keep our service fees between 1% and 2% of the purchase price.

AUCTION BIDDING

For our Auction Bidding service we charge an auction attendance fee of $550 (Inc. GST). If our bid is successful at or on the same day of the auction, we charge a standard success fee of $550 (Inc. GST).

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Please feel free to use our obligation free consultation so that we may review the scope of your project. We like to give you peace of mind by giving you a fixed fee quote; however in some instances work can be billed at hourly rates as per industry standards.
