Buyer's Agents are licensed real estate professionals that only represent a buyer in a property transaction. In most cases we are employed to search, evaluate and negotiate the purchase of property on behalf of the buyer.

In short we find the best possible property, negotiate the best possible terms and conditions and to exchange contracts on behalf of the buyer at the best possible price.

An Exclusive Buyers' Agent, also known as an independent Buyers' Agent or Buyers Advocates, does NOT sell property, represent a real estate agency, practice dual-agency nor receive commissions from any property seller. Any commissions offered by a seller or developer during a property transaction is passed on to the buyer, thus further helping to reduce the price of the property.
